What payment methods do you accept?

I accept debit cards, credit cards, apple/ google pay, or Venmo. I do not carry change so it must be exact amount if paying with cash.

Do I have to pay a deposit to book?

I do not require a deposit to book an appointment. A credit card on file is required to book but will not be charged unless of a no call no show or last-minute cancellation.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must reschedule or cancel with at least 24-hour notice. If cancelled without a 24-hour notice, more than 15 minutes late or no call no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service.

How do I book an appointment ?

I use Square so you can book an appointment using the link in my bio. If you are unsure what service to book, please send me a message!

Where can I park?

There is a free parking lot in front of the salon, the entrance is on Haskell Street. There is street parking but please read the signs before to make sure there isn’t a time limit. Please enter through the door next to the front entrance on the left side with the welcome mat :)

Can I bring friends/partners to my appointment?

Please do not bring extra to your appointment as there is not extra sitting room in the salon suit.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever you are comfortable in! I do suggest avoiding collared shirts, turtleneck shirts and hoodies. Wearing layers is also suggested!

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

I ask clients to wash their hair 24-48 hours before their scheduled appointment. The hair does need to be clean and dry for best results with color. All services do include a wash and style so no need to wash your hair morning of
